New Total Service Support (TSS) Program Eligibility Requirements

In order to receive the benefits associated with the TSS Program, and be identified
as part of the TSS Program, your
business must meet the following requirements outlined in the TSS Agreement.

  • Be sponsored by an ACDelco Dedicated Distribution Group (DDG) member in your area ("Sponsor").
  • Make ACDelco your first choice for quality automotive products.
  • Represent the ACDelco value proposition by providing high quality service, fair value and convenience, and develop trust by being dedicated to customer satisfaction.
  • Employ trained technicians in all areas of work performed and at least one ASE certified technician.
  • Maintain a facility that is comfortable and professional in appearance.
  • Prominently display current ACDelco signage, including a certificate that identifies TSS Account as being "Independently Owned and Operated and Featuring Quality ACDelco Parts."
  • Annually purchase (1) participation in the ACDelco Consumer Assurance Program, (2) access to ACDelco service training, and (3) access to ACDelco advertising templates, for $540.00. ACDelco reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the terms of the TSS Program, including but not limited to changes to the TSS Program benefits charge and minimum purchase levels for participation upon 30 days written notice to TSS participants. Some benefits have additional charges for participation.

TSS Program Features

By meeting and maintaining the TSS Program Eligibility Requirements, TSS Account may take advantage of many program features as outlined in the TSS Benefits summary.
