ACDelco Continues to Drive Business to White & Blue TSS Accounts

ACDelco focuses on driving consumer retail traffic to your business through both digital and traditional marketing. For digital, all efforts drive consumers to the acdelco.com "Find a Service Center" locator so consumers can find you easily. ACDelco does this through:

  • Digital Local Paid Search on Google, Yahoo!, and MSN
  • Internet Yellow Pages (IYP) sites (CitySearch.com, Yellowpages.com and others)
  • Digital Business Listing Management - Sending White and Blue Level TSS account data to over 50 partners that cover 150 sites (RepairPal, Local.com, Merchant Circle, etc.)

Consumer Call Tracking for Blue Level TSS Accounts

ACDelco offers all blue level TSS accounts the opportunity to participate in the Consumer Call Tracking program at no additional charge. This program will track consumers who enter acdelco.com, locate a TSS shop, and ultimately call them. Here's how it works:

  • Special tracking phone numbers are set up and loaded on the acdelco.com locator and the TSS accounts individual page. These tracking numbers are transferred to the TSS shop in a quick and seamless way without any interruption for the consumer.
  • When a customer calls the phone number that is listed on the acdelco.com locator the consumer is remote call forwarded to the shop's originating phone number. That call information is then tracked and recorded. This information is available to all participants via the ACDelco Reporting Tool. The tool will provide the following data:
    • Total YTD and monthly call summary
    • Calls by day of week
    • Calls by time of day
    • Average call duration
    • Total calls answered, busy or unanswered
    • Recordings of the calls (up to 30 days old)
    • Total Leads as a result of Internet Search

Our agency, SMG Directory Marketing, will contact all of the Blue Level TSS shops to gain their agreement to place their call tracking number.
