ACDelco Business Management TrainingACDelco offers three courses in front-shop management skills that can improve your day-to-day operations and bottom-line profitability. All classes are taught by service business professionals using adult learning interactive techniques. Students for all courses receive training support materials and a certificate. Making Money Workshop For Independent Service Center personnel who are responsible for shop finances. Students gain a better understanding of P&L statements and balance sheets – how to read them and what they mean. Also covers financial ratios that are important to determining the financial stability and profitability of the shop. Selling Skills Seminar Designed for shop management and staff who interact regularly with customers, this course teaches skills in effective communication with both customers and employees. Skills such as effective listening and the ability to “read” a customer in order to sell effectively are covered. Service Consultant Seminar This highly interactive Service Consultant Seminar teaches the methods and skills necessary to satisfy your customer's expectations and automotive needs. Topics such as the customer experience, communications and telephone skills, the selling environment and learning to recognize and interact with different personality types will be taught. Students will learn how to write a clear and concise repair order, feature/benefit selling and the importance of exceptional customer service. |
